When will I receive my order ?
As indicated on our website, preparation time is about 24h or 48h. Depending on the carrier chosen, delivery times may vary 3 and 8 days.
If you order Friday after 2 pm, tour order will be shipped on Monday.
I want to change or cancel my order, how to do this ?
As soon as your order is validated, the information is immediately transmitted to our logistics service provider. It means that your order can be prepared and sent as quickly as possible. It is therefore no longer possible forus to modify its content and the information provide when you ordered(address, size, colour...). You have 30 days to return a product to us. Feel free to consult our section : Delivery and returns information.
Which countries do you ship to ?
Everywhere in the world without exception. We want everyone to be able to benefit from our products. This is why we use “well-known” carriers, they willbring you a complete satisfaction.
Can you put a note in the package and/or wrap it in gift wrap ?
We do not offer gift wrapping at the moment as well as the possibility to adda note at your convenience, this is not yet possible.
Can I send my package to a close relative or friend ?
Of course you can. You just need to enter his/her address in “DeliveryAdress”. Do not worry, we never put an invoice in our packages, just adelivery note.
I received a defective/broken product, what should I do ?
You must contact our customer service department within 7 days of receiving your order. We recommend that you include with your message somephotos/videos of the defective/broken item as well as your NAME / FIRSTNAME/ ORDER NUMBER in order to find a solution as quickly as possible.
Once your request has been processed, we will send you a prepaid return label in order to return the damaged item to us. As soon as the return iscompleted, we will proceed to a new shipment (if there is a sufficient stock)or we will refund you.
I would like to return items to you, what is the procedure ?
You have a 30-day right of revocation. Only products returned in their originalcondition and packaging will be taken back. Incomplete, damaged, or visibly used items cannot be returned.

It is your responsibility to keep any proof or return. We are not responsible forany loss or damage. You are free to choose the type of shipment and themode of transport. The return costs are therefore at your expense.
Once the return has been received, it must be processed by our team. Then,we will come back to you to offer you a credit note or a refund.
The tracking of my order indicates “delivered” but I have not received anything. What should I do ?
First of all, we invite you to visit your guardian and neighbours to make sure that they have not received anything for you. Once the verification has beencarried out, you will have to go to the post office to check that your packageis not there and open an investigation with the carrier.
If you do not have news of your package, please contact is via our form in order to proceed to a compensation. But please, understand that the compensation will always be made by a credit note, NO REFUND can bemade.
My order is late, what should I do ?
We invite you to consult your delivery tracking. If you notice an anomaly in the tracking or a too much late receipt, contact our “Customer Service” toopen an investigation.
The investigation can take up to 21 days. We will not be ale to proceed withany refund or new shipment until we have received a feedback from thecarrier.
